EC 1165-2-217 CECW Water Resources Policies and Authorities Review Policy for Civil Works 2/28/2018 This Circular establishes an accountable, comprehensive, life-cycle review strategy for Civil Works products by providing a seamless process for review of all Civil Works projects   from initial planning through design, construction, and Operation, Maintenance, Repair,   Replacement and Rehabilitation (OMRR&R). EC 1165-2-220 CECW-ZB Policy And Procedural Guidance For Processing Request To Alter US Army Corps Of Engineers Civil Works Projects Pursuant to 33 USC 408 9/10/2018 The purpose of this Engineer Circular (EC) is to provide policy and procedural guidance for processing requests by private, public, tribal, or other federal entities to make alterations to, or temporarily or permanently occupy or use, any US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) federally authorized Civil Works project pursuant to 33 USC 408 (Section 408).  Proposed alterations must not be injurious to the public interest or impair the usefulness of the USACE project.
EC 11-2-216 CECW-ID Civil Works Direct Program Development Policy Guidance 8/31/2018 This Engineer Circular (EC) provides policy guidance for the development and submission of the Corps of Engineers direct Civil Works (CW) Budget for Fiscal Year 2020 (FY20) and Allocation Strategy for Fiscal Year 2019. In addition to this EC, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Civil Works Annual Program Development Manual, CECW-PDM will provide specific guidance for how project data is developed and managed for use in developing the CW Program
