EP 1180-1-1 CECC-C Service Contract Act Labor Relations 2/1/2006 This pamphlet is designed to provide basic guidelines for all Corps employees tasked with the administration of Service Contract Act (SCA) responsibilities. Its primary aim is to effect a uniform and consistent program of administration of labor standards responsibilities throughout the Corps. With the exception of very complex and unusual problems, this pamphlet attempts to provide answers to questions that most generally arise in connection with service contract labor standards. Official acquisition policy is found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and its supplements. If there is any conflict between the FAR system requirements and this pamphlet, the current FAR system rules apply.

EP 1165-2-316 CECW-ON Rules and Regulations Governing Public Use of Corps of Engineers Water Resource Development Projects 5/1/2000 A purpose statement is not given in this pamphlet, instead the Policy statement is entered here:                                                                                                                                                   It is the policy of the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to manage the natural, cultural and developed resources of each project in the public interest, providing the public with safe and healthful recreational opportunities while protecting and enhancing these resources.
EP 1165-2-314 CECW-PF Flood Proofing 12/15/1995 A purpose statement is not given in this pamphlet, instead the first sentence of the Preface is entered here:                                                                                                                        The original EP 1165-2-314, Flood-Proofing Regulations, was published in June of 1972. It has been distributed worldwide as an administrative and technical model for code design and enforcement. Over the years, it has been adopted by direct reference in thousands of local building codes across the United States. It also has served as the framework for the preparation of numerous other flood proofing publications, the flood resistant design criteria of the National Flood Insurance Program, and the development of similar design
standards within the major national building code organizations.

EP 1130-2-551 CECW-CO Hydropower Operations and Maintenance Policy Implementation of Bulk Power System Reliability Compliance Program 9/30/2009 This Engineer Pamphlet (EP) provides policy and guidance to establish and maintain a USACE corporate program for compliance with the applicable Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approved Bulk Power System (BPS) Reliability Compliance Standards.  For the purpose of this document, the term "compliance" is understood to mean "voluntary compliance" with applicable Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approved Bulk Power System Reliability Standards.  Compliance shall be executed to the maximum extent possible within the constraints of authorized and appropriated resources.  This program shall be referred to herein and after as the Army Corps of Engineers Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement (ACE-CME) Program.

EP 1130-2-520 CECW-OD Navigation and Dredging Operations and Maintenance Guidance and Procedures 11/29/1996 This pamphlet establishes the guidance for navigation and dredging operation and maintenance (O&M) activities of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and supplements Engineer Regulation (ER) 1130-2-520. If any conflict exists between this guidance and the Federal Acquisition System, the latter governs.
EP 1130-2-510 CECW-OM Hydroelectric Power Operations and Maintenance Guidance and Procedures 12/13/1996 This pamphlet establishes the guidance for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of USACE hydroelectric power generation facilities and related structures at civil works water resource projects and supplements Engineer Regulation (ER) 1130-2-510.
